How can I make an exchange?


If you wish to exchange one or more items of your order for a different model or color, we apply the following terms:
•Exchanges must be made within 14 days after delivery;
•Returning the package is at your own expense;
•Free re-delivery of the new package.

To make an exchange, please contact us at T: +31 (6) 28 56 45 28 so we can check our stock availability and make a reservation of your new article(s). As soon as we have received your return, we will ship your new package.

How can I send items back and request a refund?


If you wish to return a partial or complete order to receive a refund, we offer a 14 day return period. However returning the order is at your own expense.

To get a refund, please send us an email at charlotte@varossieau.co. As soon as we have received your return, the purchase price will be refunded within 30 calendar days.

As soon as your return has been processed by our warehouse, we'll email you to let you know.

In the unlikely event that you don't receive this email within 10 days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team at charlotte@varossieau.co and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
