What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping for deliveries in The Netherlands. For deliveries to other countries we calculate shipping costs based on destination.
We are working together with DHL in order to ship at the best rates:
Zone A € 10
Zone B € 20
Zone C € 30
Zone A: Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany
Zone B: Rest of Europe
Zone C: Rest of the World
Has my order been shipped out yet?
As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way, mentioning also your tracking number.
When will I receive my package?
Orders placed on weekdays before noon, will be dispatched the very same day. Orders placed during the weekend or on a National Holiday will be sent on the next working day. In The Netherlands you should receive your package within 3-4 working days. For other countries we aim for a delivery term of 5 working days in Europe. Outside Europe we aim for a delivery term of 14 working days.
Do I need to sign for my order?
We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, then you accept their signature as evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Antichic.
What happens when I'm not home at the time of delivery?
When placing an order you can enter a delivery address different than your home address. If you are absent at the time of delivery, the transporter will leave a card with a message in your mailbox. You should follow the instructions. You have also an option to choose for delivery at a DHL delivery point .
Can I have my package delivered with family or friends?
When placing an order you can enter a delivery address different than your home address. The person accepting the package should sign for reception.
What should I do when my package is damaged?
We recommend to always check your package for damages. When there is obvious damage also check the inside in the presence of the courier. If your goods are damaged as well, you can't accept the delivery and you have to return it with the courier.
If there appears to be a problem in the next 24 hours, please contact us at Charlotte@varossieau.co. After consultation, we will do all we can to replace your product.
What can I do if something is wrong with my order?
If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order, then send us an email at Charlotte@varossieau.co and we will sort it out for you, with the right item or a replacement item being sent out that day.
